We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to lead testing strategies and deliver high-quality mobile and web applications. This full-time role focuses on Java/Selenium/Appium automation, team leadership, and end-to-end software quality across Agile/DevOps environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of developers, QA engineers, and testers to deliver robust software solutions.
- Develop Java-based applications and create/maintain Selenium test scripts for functional/regression testing.
- Design and execute comprehensive mobile testing strategies using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding/testing best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor project progress to meet client expectations and timelines.
- Stay current with Java, Selenium, mobile testing trends, and incorporate innovations into team workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development and testing.
- Strong expertise in Selenium for test automation and Appium for mobile testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual/automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira/Confluence, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Proven leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package designed for technical specialists:
- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
