We are seeking a skilled Licensed Dentist to provide routine, preventative, emergency, and surgical dental care within a collaborative healthcare environment. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Chief Medical Officer and focuses on promoting oral health, disease prevention, and positive patient outcomes through direct patient care and education.


Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat dental/oral conditions; perform routine and preventative care as well as emergency and surgical procedures.
  • Direct dental support staff, oversee treatment plans, and refer patients for specialty consultations when needed.
  • Record patient encounters in electronic medical records and educate patients on oral health conditions and disease prevention.
  • Engage in outreach activities and contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging healthcare trends and integrate evidence-based practices with clinical expertise.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS).
  • Full, unrestricted Dentist license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of dental office experience.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for diverse patient populations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package designed to support your professional practice:

  • Base salary: $175,000 – $250,000 per year
