We are seeking an experienced Head of Technical Product Management to lead the technical product management function for software solutions in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Automation & Control. This director-level role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and drives product strategy, innovation, and execution across the full portfolio while supporting technical sales efforts across the USA.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for T&D automation solutions (SCADA, DERMS, power plant controllers, energy management systems).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Product Managers while establishing product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Prioritize features and collaborate with engineering, sales, and project delivery teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Drive adoption of cloud, AI, edge computing, and modern technologies in grid automation products.
- Engage utilities and stakeholders to understand market needs, regulatory trends, and grid modernization requirements.
- Provide technical pre-sales support including demos, RFPs, competitive analysis, and sales collateral for USA market expansion.
- Track KPIs, optimize pricing/licensing models, and measure product success against business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Science, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years in Technical Product Management for T&D Automation & Control software (SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, grid analytics).
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing product management teams.
- Deep expertise in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, edge computing, and power systems standards (IEC 61850, NERC CIP, IEEE 2030.5).
- Strong track record with utilities, grid modernization, and technical sales support in North America.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package designed for senior leadership:
- Base salary: $200,000 – $230,000 per year
- Bonus eligible

Compensation: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
