We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated healthcare organization in Lyons, NY, as part of a newly established clinical team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.
- Deliver education and guidance to patients and families regarding health maintenance and treatment.
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment that reflects the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Current NYS License (required).
- National Certification (NCCPA) for Physician Assistants or valid Nurse Practitioner certification (required).
- Valid DEA license, BLS, and ACLS certification (required).
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
$115,000 – $135,000 per year
Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
